By installing or using Optimo: AI Store Optimizer ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
Optimo: AI Store Optimizer is a Shopify application that uses artificial intelligence to generate product descriptions, buying guides, FAQs, structured data (JSON-LD), and SEO feeds for your Shopify store. The App reads your product catalog and writes enriched content back as Shopify metafields.
You must have a valid Shopify store and be authorised to install apps on that store. By installing the App you represent that you have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.

The App uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate product copy. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your specific products. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is presented to customers. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, original, or free from errors.
AI-generated content produced by the App for your products is owned by you once written to your store. The App itself, including its code, design, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Optimo: AI Store Optimizer.
Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The App depends on Shopify's Admin API and Anthropic's API; outages or changes to those services may temporarily affect App functionality. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optimo: AI Store Optimizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violation of these Terms or Shopify's policies. Upon termination, your session data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
